Representative Matters

  • Serves as Complaint Counsel for Mississippi State Board of Medical Licensures and Mississippi State Board of Dental Examiners, handling matters pertaining to violation of the respective practice acts
  • Represents parties before other licensure boards and administrative agencies, i.e. the Mississippi State Oil & Gas Board, Mississippi State Real Estate Commission, Appraiser Board, Mississippi State Bar, etc.
  • Prosecuted and/or defended over 200 licensure and certification hearings
  • Served as general counsel for Northern Energy Resource Co. (NERCO), in relation to its acquisition of the Trimble Gas Field in Mississippi
  • Serves as counsel for chemical dependency treatment centers throughout the state, including COPAC, Inc. and Mississippi Recovering Physicians Program
