Bob is experienced as a trial attorney handling a broad range of
litigation for plaintiffs and defendants for thirty years including insurance
coverage issues, products liability, personal injury, fire and casualty,
health and accident, life, automobile, trucking and medical malpractice and
health related cases. Bob has also handled a variety of business and
commercial litigation, including consumer fraud and breach of contract matters. He
is a certified mediator for the Mississippi State Bar Association and is
a certified panel arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association.
