Marty is the partner in charge of the firm's Little
Rock office. He
is a trial lawyer, and represents plaintiffs and defendants in commercial
litigation. In addition, Marty represents Medicaid recipients and providers
in administrative and civil matters against the state and federal governments,
and is lead counsel in Medicaid litigation pending before the United States
Supreme Court. He also represents defendants in medical malpractice
cases, trucking litigation, products liability actions, and related insurance
defense matters.
