Practice Description
Chris practices primarily in the areas of public contract law, construction
and surety law. He has extensive experience in litigation and alternative
dispute resolution techniques.
Chris represents large and small government contractors on all aspects
of federal and state procurement and contract issues. Chris has
successfully represented federal government contractors before the General
Accounting Office, United States Court of Federal Claims and various
Boards of Contract Appeals.
He provides legal advice and counsel to his construction clients concerning
interpretation of contract documents, claim preparation and litigation. Chris
also provides clients with in-house training opportunities in the areas
of project documentation and litigation avoidance.
