Practice Description

Brenda concentrates her practice in the areas of litigation involving large, complex construction cases, contract disputes, surety law and employment law. Her practice includes trials, arbitration, mediation and administrative hearings with regulatory agencies. Brenda has extensive experience in business and as a manager in both the public and private sector. She handles general corporate matters, including the negotiation and drafting of multi-million dollar contracts, and advice from a legal, financial and practical, hands-on perspective. Brenda teaches Business Law and Ethics at Belhaven College at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. She is also an instructor for the State of Mississippi’s certified public manager program.
